Welcome to my Home Buyer Information page. Buying a home is an exciting endeavor, but it can also be a bit stressful. By providing you with information I hope to take some of the stress out of the process and make your search for a new home as pleasant as possible.
As a part of the service I provide to my clients, I will keep you up to date on the hottest new listings and best deals as they come on the market. I will make arrangements for us to view any homes you are interested in seeing according to your schedule and at times that are convenient for you. You will not be limited to Sunday Open Houses, I am available to show you homes during the week, evenings and weekends.
When viewing homes, you may have many questions about the neighborhood, condition of the home and if it is priced right. I will get the answers to the questions you have so you can make informed decisions. One of the services I offer to all of my clients is to preform a market analysis on any home you may be interested in placing an offer on. The purpose of this analysis is to make sure the home is priced appropriately for the neighborhood. By providing you with an assessment of a homes value you can be confident in the offer you decide to place on the home.
As part of the process of buying a home there will be many contingencies and deadlines that will need to be removed or met prior to closing on your new home. Some of these contingencies include; the home inspection, appraisal, lending approval, title review, and protective covenants and easement reviews just to name a few. These contingencies provide you the opportunity to inspect the home, property and neighborhood to make sure that you are aware of the homes condition and that it will suit your needs for years to come. I will help you through this process and explain the options you have at the different stages of the purchase. I will also make sure that we meet all the deadlines in the contract so you don’t miss an opportunity to get the information you need to make a decision.
